Chloé Lacroix

Chloé discoverd music in 1998 at the conservatory of Brive la Gaillarde where she learnt choral and clarinet. Thanks to the teachings of Annette Petit and Jean-Michel Hasler, she is initiated to polyphony with the choir Voices Camerata, through which she discovered a wide repertoire ranging from medieval music to music of the twentieth. After her baccalaureate and a preparatory literary class, she decided to become a permanent trainer in the performing arts. In 2012, she joined a professional training in Musical and received a comprehensive education of the Broadway repertoire, including the vocal style but also dance, mime and theatre.

2013 she decided to return to her first love, the classical repertoire, in order to forge a true vocal identity. She trained at the Conservatory of Boulogne-Billancourt with Anne Constantin. During these three years of learning she had the opportunity to sing in major works of the repertoire, in particular in The Dialogues of Carmelites by Francis Poulenc, directed by Vincent Vittoz. In 2016 she joined the conservatory of the 20th arrondissement of Paris, with Sylvie Sullée.

2017, she performed "La Mère" in Hansel and Gretel's opera by Humperdinck. In September 2018, she plays the role of "Annio" in the Clemency of Titus Mozart under the baton of Yann Toussaint.

In recent months, Chloe has been able to demonstrate a skill in different repertoires, especially in the field of early music. In December 2018, she played the alto solo in Pergolese's Stabat Mater alongside coloratura soprano Julia Knecht under the baton of conductor / pianist Olivier Cangelosi.

In June 2019, soloist of Bach's Magnificat and Solemn Vespers of a Mozart confessor at the Trinity Church in Paris under the direction of Matthieu Stefanelli, she also sings solo alto in the Dvoràk Directed Mass by Olivier Cangelosi at the Saint Symphorian Church of Versailles.

In November 2019 Chloé leaves for Ivory Coast with the company Bel canto for a lyric tune recital in Abidjian. In December 2019 she will be the solo Mezzo of Mendelssohn's Opus 96 as well as pieces by Purcell and Reger, directed by Olivier Cangelosi.

From February 2020 she will perform the role of Nicklausse in Offenbach's Hoffmann Tales in Paris, directed by Agnello Carmelo.

In March 2020, she will again be guest soloist at the Trinity Church in Paris to perform the Missa Brevis by Matthieu Stefanelli, as well as the Mass in D by Dvoràk.

During her career, Chloé has received education from some of the biggest names in the repertoire, such as Jean-Pierre Furlan, Anna-Maria Panzarella, Anita Rachvelisvhili, and Beatrice Uria-Monzon.
